Doctor with Patients

VR GPs District Priority Area, MM5

  • We are offering up to 75% for a VR GP (willing to supervising a Level 2-3 IMG), or 70% for VR GP without supervising.

  • We are a DPA MM5 location

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages

  • Supervise and mentor IMG Level 2-3, ensuring they receive the guidance and support needed for their professional development

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

  • Participate in quality improvement activities and practice meetings

  • FRACGP or equivalent qualification

  • AHPRA registration as a VR GP

  • Experience in supervising and mentoring IMGs is highly desirable

  • Strong understanding of cultural sensitivities and a commitment to culturally sound practice

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
