Admin Staff- Casual

We are seeking casual Receptionists who align with our values, that are focused on providing a high-quality experience for our patients, from the time of arrival until the time of departure. You will be responsible for greeting our patients, supporting our doctors and nurses, answering calls, triage and booking appointments, billing, and administrative tasks. 

Essential skills/experience:

  • Proven medical reception experience 

  • Excellent computer skills and experience with medical software (i.e. Medical Director/Pracsoft or Best Practice)

  • Excellent customer service, with articulate phone manner and communication skills.

  • Proven multitasking, problem solving and time management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment autonomously and as part of a well rounded team

  • A proactive, positive 'can-do' attitude with a focus on quality improvement
